They found out, what I thought was going to be a catastrophic repair, was a minor pvc leaking pipe and some tile work in my shower. My major headache and stress is gone. At a time when the most unexpected thing happened and we found ourselves in unfamiliar territory, this company stepped in and began the drying process of our kitchen after it flooded! Not only did Miss Chelsea and Mr. Paul help to explain the extent of the damage to our insurance company, but, rather, they also remained present throughout the journey and were available to the end! We did not feel alone during this process and were fully aware of what was happening throughout! Their staff that included Mr. Journey and friends, was also present, cordial, and responsible! What was devastating became conquerable with this company on board! We highly recommend their services!

- GGGiGiSep 16, 20255.0Recently my daughter moved to Chicago and put her Brookside home on the market. For security purposes I was staying at the house. After a long day away I returned to her home to discover that the house had a huge leak originating in her attic from the HVAC systems. This resulted in water pouring into her downstairs that unfortunately was built mostly utilizing wood floors. It was after 7:00 and obviously an emergency so we started going down the list to find disaster help After being told by the companies we had made contact with that they couldn’t get out that evening to help, we finally connected with RestoPros of Tulsa and they said they’d be over quickly. I’ve never dealt with a situation like this and was so relieved when a man came to the door from RestoPros. That man turned out to be Paul the owner of the company. Paul brought in big fans and dehumidifiers and began to assess the damage. The water was over the top of my bare feet and I was terrorized by the water pouring out of the light fixtures. Paul the owner of RestoPros began removing lower drawers and cabinet doors to try and save the cabinetry and woodwork in the Kitchen, Mudroom, Pantry, Living Room and adjoining hallways. It was getting late and he had done as much as he could without another team member. Paul accomplished so much that night to save the woodwork but significant water damage was already done to some of it. The next morning I knew we were in good hands with RestoPros when other team members began coming over. If you’ve never had flood damage it’s awful, it takes on an unruly life of its own. I’ve been at the house since before the night this began and have meet with 5 teams of RestoPros professionals or the other businesses they contract with. This is a huge job and they are making it as easy as possible. They have also dealt with the insurance and their adjusters and explain to us in detailed each step. The cabinet removal crew, the granite/marble crew, the appliance removal crew, the plumbing crew, the wood floor removal crew, the 2 Project Managers Cody & Chelsea as well as everyone, Devon, Markus, Jackson, Journey & his team, Ronaldo & team, Josh and his team & all the others that are involved with other issues not previously mentioned. Everyone involved have been the nicest collective group of people I’ve ever dealt with. . I can’t remember everyone’s name but please know if you were part of the team—you are so appreciated. This project is going to take some time but I have full confidence in RestoPros heading up the TEAMS that will return my daughter’s house back to the beautiful home it was. I highly recommend calling RestoPros if you find yourself facing a disastrous situation. They will work and fight for you and make disaster remedy as easy as they can.
