In 1934, Mr. L.E. Dunn started his lumber company with a commitment to service and professional expertise. Today, the same commitment is practiced in all areas of our expanding company. Mill Creek is still owned by the Dunn family of Tulsa, Oklahoma and is led by Jeff Dunn as President/CEO and his father, Jim, who serves as Chairman.
Our carpet division is one of the fastest growing sectors in the Mill Creek family of stores. Arthur Paylor is President of the flooring division and is over Mill Creek Carpet & Tile which started with one location and has now grown to 19 store locations throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, and Missouri. The Mill Creek family of companies’ employs approximately 900 full time employees. In every location, we strive to give our customers a positive experience with our award-winning customer service.

James Amsden was a great salesman and answered all our many questions with kind patience. He made suggestions when we asked his opinion and when we had a couple questions in the middle of the install, he quickly answered. We had to have some tile removed, as well as carpet and we installed Karastan LVP as well as some Karastan carpet. Chad and Clayton installed the LVP and they were outstanding guys and did great work. We love the final product. Also kudos to Tad, who works with James. Tad was extremely helpful and went out of his way when we were looking for a baseboard match. James and Tad were both terrific and we appreciate their professionalism. We absolutely recommend this location and their expertise.

It was long overdue mostly because we dreaded the process of selecting the right carpet out of hundreds of options along with having to move/rearrange everything. Well...Tad with Mill Creek made the process way easier than I anticipated. We told him what we were looking for, and he quickly came out to our house with multiple samples for us to look at. He offered a premium style carpet at a reasonable price and 4 days later the installers were there to do the job. Installation was also a lot easier than expected, they were in and out in one day for 3 bedrooms, 3 closets, and a large hallway. We are very pleased with Tad and his team at Mill Creek and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family!
