  Nicolas did a great job snaking the kitchen drain and evaluating the problems with my kitchen sink. He offered several solutions and helped me weigh the pros and cons of each solution. When I decided on jetting and a rebuild of the under the kitchen sink plumbing, Grant and Alex were out the next day to solve the problem. All 3 were very friendly and easy to work with. They were also very professional and left my house better than they found it. I'd highly recommend using this service.

  I had half Moon come and do an estimate to fix my shower. The repairs were way out of my price range. I wondered why they didn't screw the cover to my faucet back on when they left. It turns out they cross threaded it aqand couldn't get it all the way back on so the just left it like that. I have taken it off several times myself and never cross threaded it. So after they left I can never repair the damage they caused and have to replace the whole faucet

  This is without a doubt the worst home contractor I have ever dealt with. Let’s start with we were scheduled for Monday 12/29 between noon and 4 pm. We received a call AFTER 4:00 telling us they wouldn’t be out until the next day at 9:00. Tuesday 12/30 they didn’t show up until 9:30. I asked for two things in my home to be repaired. Nothing else. So the “technician” comes in and starts talking about “we recommend this” and “we recommend that”. None if which are things I asked to be repaired. He types up the estimate and somehow comes up with $11,000 dollars worth of stuff that doesn’t even need to be repaired. After being told no, we only want the two things we asked for, he quotes us a price of over $600 to reset a toilet and replace a shut off valve under my kitchen sink. We agreed to go ahead and have the repairs done (the two we asked for) then he tells us “I have to check with my boss to see if I can make these repairs”. WHAT??????? Boss says no, he leaves and a different “technician” is scheduled to come later in the day. The new “technician” calls and say he has a work order to replace 3 valves. Is said WHAT?? After being told we only want the two items repaired, he STILL had things we didn’t order on our estimate. At this point I called the main office and just cancelled the service. I will not ever recommend this business. They are horrible. Absolutely awful. I understand being in business to turn a profit but the sneaky, underhanded tactics they use to generate more revenue is ridiculous. My wife was here by herself when the “technician” arrived. This guy came in and saw a single woman and got $$$ in his eyes and wanted to try to take her for as much money as he could get. My recommendation to anyone considering this company, save yourself some frustration and call someone else. The only reason I gave them one star is because it wouldn’t allow me to give zero

  This whole team was fantastic!! Jackson explained what needed to be done & what were the options. Mike, Grant , BO, Nate, and Jackson and the entire group of guys eagerly answered all the questions my 7 yr old grandson had and made him feel like part of the team😊 He is still talking about “his guys”. I’m gratefully for the quality work and my new water line. 5 stars all around👏👏Cindy E.

  We had an issue that was initially unresolved, but William, the service manager, personally called me, apologized, and made an appointment in a very reasonable timeframe to get the problem fully resolved. From that point on, there were no issues at all. Micheal the tech provided incredible service walking me through the process of what he was doing and what to do if there were issues in the future. This is what superior customer service looks like to me. This was truly a blessing at this time of year, when money and funds are tight. The care and concern that Half Moon Plumbing showed means a lot and really speaks to the kind of company they are. Thank you to William and the leadership team at Half Moon Plumbing for making this right. A satisfied — very satisfied — customer.
