    Paschal was able to get send out a rep the same day. The rep, Lucas Potts, was great to work with. He helped trouble shoot and work through a handful of potential issues with a number of solutions in mind at each step. He made an extra point to equip me as the homeowner with relevant information to the issues as well as mitigations from his past experience to help me make informed decisions going forward.

    Kory did an excellent job today installing a whole-home surge protector. Such a personable guy and knows what he’s doing. Cost of the work was fair and transparent. Kory was also able to tell me about different options available for maintenance plans without any pressure to buy. Recommended!
