  Cody was friendly , polite , knowledgeable and arrived at the given time . He repaired the heater and I am very confident in his workmanship .He was a pleasure to be around .i am happy to have found this company !

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Got a price quote from Kory, and I swear I saw sparks — not from the wiring, but from how shockingly fair the price was! ⚡️ He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to "charge" extra for my lack of electrical knowledge, and made me feel like I could actually understand volts from watts. I didn’t even need to flip a breaker to see the light. If you want honesty, humor, and no hidden shocks on the invoice… this is your guy.

  I called this company on Tuesday because Yelp rated them the # 1 heat and air in the Moore/Norman area. It was a $89 service fee that was supposed to be taken off the service if I had it done that day. 1st the service technician said the filter needed to be replaced and suggested that I go to lock supply so I could get a better price evidently not knowing that my system was a Lennox and you can only use Lennox products in it so I went and got the filter how to return it then he had to order a part so they wouldn’t waive the service fee although it’s gonna cost me $1100 said they would have the part by New Year’s Eve at 10:30 that morning Was called to say that he was on his way to pick that up and coming to fix my heater, then called me back later in the day saying he didn’t make it there in time and they closed at noon because it was New Year’s Eve so I’m without heat until Friday Not happy with our service at all.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I called Kory thinking I needed an electrician. What showed up was a force of nature with a voltage tester. He took one look at the problem and put electricity on notice like it had violated a code it didn’t want cited. No guessing. No upselling. No wandering around scratching his head. Just Kory moving with purpose, precision, and the kind of confidence that makes breakers behave out of fear alone. Flickering lights? Erased. Tripping breakers? Silenced. My house is now wired like someone’s future actually depends on it — because it does. If electricity has a final boss, Kory is the end credits. 10/10. Would call again without hesitation. I’d trust this man with my home, my safety, and someone important’s dreams — and sleep just fine afterward.

  I have been using Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric for several years now and it has been the best referral to a company that I have ever received. They have always been very professional and helpful. I have appreciated the feeling that they are not so interested in getting to the next job that they don't have time to talk to me about what they are doing, and to answer my questions. Today, they installed a new A/C, furnace, and water heater. Along with the new equipment, they installed new conduit, fuse box, and furnace flue. Many other companies would have used the old infrastructure, but Paschal included it as part of the service. The supervisor told me that "When customers spend this kind of money to have a job done, they expect it to look good as well as work correctly. Aesthetics are important to me". Dillon, Reese, Cortt, and Lucas did a fantastic job and I look forward to using Paschal far into the future.
