  Right before Christmas I was at my mom’s getting ready for our Christmas party. We noticed water on the living room floor. I checked the garage and water was flooding everywhere. I looked and Mullin plumbing was on the install records so I called them as I got the water shut off. The living room and garage were already flooded. One of their pex crimps failed and the hot water was shooting out full blast into the wall. When I called I explained everything and asked about warranty since installed 3 years prior. They said they’d assess once they show up and no apology. The repair person was the same as the installer my mom remembered and they didn’t take accountability or apologize. My mom is 85 and I asked about warranty or discount for poor workmanship and was told no. Not even $1. The repair cost over $250 for a simple crimp on what they failed to do correctly. We won’t use Mullin Plumbing again.

  Worst plumbing experience! The tech came out on a Wednesday, did not fix our issue properly so they had to come back out on Friday. On Friday when he came back he claimed he didn’t have the tools and couldn’t snake past 5 feet. We called back to get somebody with the correct tools out and they didn’t. We called a different plumbing company who came out and not only snaked 35 feet, but fixed our issue in 20 minutes!! I called mullin plumbing to request a refund and was hung up on. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS! Oh and they were also more expensive than the people that actually fixed our plumbing.

  Called someone out to see what was wrong with my water heater. He came out on Friday & said it needed a gas valve and pilot assembly kit. He called the distributor Locke and they said they did not have one. He said that was weird since it’s a common thing but told me he wouldn’t be able to do anything. They had 5 other locations all around that he could have called but he just told me to call manufacturer online to try and order one over the weekend and call him back when it comes in. I call them & they help me find the part I need from Locke at a surrounding location in Bethany. They told me I could not buy the part without a plumbing license in Oklahoma. I call the guy back from Mullins and tell him I found the part at a different Locke. He tells me he can get it but they have to mark it up 40% so I either had to go without hot water or get it fixed for $750 dollars & got charged 2 hours of labor when it only took him 20 minutes when he finally got back. Would never use Mullen again. Absolute awful experience.

  MY REVIEW HAS NOTHING TO DO THEIR SERVICE RATHER AN EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR DRIVER ON THE ROAD. A MULLINS TRUCK CUT ME OFF ON THE INTERSTATE PULLING A TRAILER WITH NO WORKING LIGHTS AND SLINGING ROCKS OFF THE BACK ONE WHICH BROKE MY NEW WINDSHIELD. WHEN TRYING DRIVERS ATTENTION HE ROLLED THE WINDOW DOWN AND FLIPPED ME OFF, I WAQS GOING TO LET IT ALL GO BUT NO ONE WANTS TO ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL.

  I called first thing this morning because I had a sewer line clogged. They told me that a tech would be out sometime today. They notified me at 3:44pm that a tech was on his way, an 11/2 hours later he showed up and by that time it was after 5:00pm and he would have to charge me overtime and it would be $270. Then I showed him the sewer line and he said he only carried a 25 ft snake and it was going to need a longer one. My advice is to call someone else. Their A+ rating with BBB is BS.
