I texted Mike in the afternoon, he scheduled me as his first call the next morning. Diagnosed the problem, got our unit working until he was able to find and replace the part, and then did find the part and replace within 2 hours of our service call. Mike is incredibly responsive, professional, honest and quick when you have an issue. I won't use anyone else and neither will my parents!
