- PRParis RobertsAug 4, 20251.0Disappointing experience here. I spent about 2 hours with Greg listening to a Provia sales pitch and then working up different quotes for our new build. I was told I would be emailed the 2-3 quotes for different window options that we came up with. I haven't received a single quote. I was also told he would work on designing some exterior doors for me and send those options for me as well. When I reached out two business days later to see if I could get the window quotes, he asked what I wanted him to send... as if we hadn't locked in what quotes I wanted (he had told me he would be sending me three). Almost a twilight zone experience--I guess we were on totally different pages, or maybe our job wasn't big enough to be worth the sale. I'm not sure, but we will be taking our business elsewhere. Update: I decided to reach out again and give this company another chance because I was interested in ordering a Provia door. When I emailed Greg about this, I was told he would happily give me an estimate if I modified my review first.
