Called Proactive and even though he was booked for the day he stated he would try to make me the last stop but it may be a little late. They came out and were able to diagnose the problem and get me back up and running. Thing that stood out the most is that even though it was late and I’m sure they had had a full day they never made me feel like they were rushing or didn’t want to be there. Very pleasant and smiled and let me know what they were doing the whole time they were there. You don’t find that kind of customer service and at a fair price often these days so it was appreciated. Will refer them and recommend them to anyone needing work. Thank you for being professionals.
