  I simply cannot express how happy I am with this company. My home was built in 1998 and unfortunately the contractor I hired used sub-par floor joists that were not meant for crawl space use. Next thing I knew my floor was sagging and due to no moisture barrier, I had mold in my crawlspace. 911 restoration/C&A Roofing and Construction answered my prayers. They had to jack my floor up and install piers, then mold control and then replace the floor in one room as well as floor joists. Each and every individual that was sent out to work on my house was kind, considerate and knew what they were doing. I could call or text the owner at any time and he responded within minutes. Not only that, but I tend to judge a person based on how they treat my dog... and every single one of the guys would make a point to stop and pet my dog and talk to him each time they passed him. To me, that is a sign of good people! They did such a fantastic job that I already plan to use them for guttering and any other future project that may arise due to the original contractor's poor job. To note: I notice a lot of bad reviews for this company... I also am aware that a lot of them are scammers attempting to make the owner pay to have the reviews removed. So don't believe all the negativity!

  I asked them for a quote on restoring my modular mansion and they sent out a 350lbs man in salvaged v6 mustang. When he eventually wrangled himself out of the aforementioned mustang, 4 empty chili containers from Wendy's fell out of his car. I asked him if he was with 911 Restoration and he said he was then proceeded to berate me about how "appearing offline" wouldn't fix my home. In a dazed confusion I asked him to proceed with the quote and he just responded with saying he hoped my family died in an automobile wreck. I didn't understand what he meant by that so I asked him to leave my property. In a blinding rage, he stormed back into his mustang and sped off. The Wendy's chili cups are still in my driveway.

  Absolutely horrible, they don’t even deserve the 1-star review I’m leaving. They sent terrible workers and did a horrific job. Charging money for doing nothing at all, hard to reach, long lead times, do better. P.S. I haven’t had work done, but when I asked about this company and how they’re work is that’s the impression I’ve got, it’s very disappointing, I’ve seen in person a friends place that had work done from this company and their house looks horrific, everything gutted and nothing fixed at all it’s so unprofessional.
