- NSNick StilianosNov 24, 20251.0+$200K detached garage. Poor and slow communication, mediocre workmanship. Siding has waves and buckled. Contractor blamed issue on “junk” siding. Manufacture rep states issue is caused by improper nailing and/or inadequate expansion gaps, not a product defect. Project still within 1 year warranty -no response or solution given by contractor.

- JCJean CarsonSep 10, 20235.0This is the second project done for us by Miller’s Premier Construction. They added a 3-car garage for us about 5 years ago. So, this year, when we wanted to add a sunroom, we knew they would do a quality job. Honestly, it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. The interior is beautiful with wood walls, trim, and beams. The extra large windows look out over our pool, new deck, and woods on the side. We included a gas-burning stove and even added a standing black bear in one corner. It looks like a cabin or lodge belonging in the Maine woods. We decided while we were adding the sunroom to also redo and add to the deck and make it all composite wood so we would never have any maintenance. We couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out. Wes and Dennis and their crew were great to work with. If you are thinking of adding or remodeling, we welcome you to come see how our project turned out. 10 stars instead of 5!!
