To be there in your time of need, when catastrophe strikes, the emergency response team at Clear Path Remediation (CPR) provides full-service care to breathe life back into homes or businesses following floods, leaks, fires and mold.
From water damage and restoration in flooded basements, to fire damage and restoration, mold mitigation and mold removal, the highly trained technicians use advanced equipment such as thermal imaging, a high-powered, van-mounted extraction unit and air scrubbers and purifiers to permanently eliminate odors and return a home to normal as quickly and completely as possible. With difficult jobs, such as black mold abatement and black mold removal, the staff realizes the stress that lies in emergency situations. They take the time to assure homeowners and business owners the job will be done right.
Oftentimes with fire damage, there’s also extensive water damage due to the Fire Department dousing a home when putting out the fire. CPR is uniquely qualified to handle both. Technicians have earned certifications from the IICRC—Institute of Infection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification.
Founded by a local trio of top performers in their former corporate fields—Mike Hudson, Nate Hudson and Austin Adams—the gentlemen share a customer-centered vision of a company founded on transparency and trust. With deep ties to the community and expertise in home design and construction, they have a passion for forging lasting relationships.
Tapping into the latest job estimating software, the technicians are able to provide reliable estimates and communicate to the customer what each line item means. They also have years of experience working with the local insurance companies, maneuvering the process, handling every detail, and ensuring homeowners will receive the full benefit their claims are due.
Very personal and thorough work! I couldn't be happier with the drywall repair and carpet replacement.

Clearpath Remedition was wonderful to work with. Very professional and friendly. We felt very comfortable having them in our home. They did an excellent job and their prices are fair. I talked to some other companies and, frankly, did not trust them. Mike and Tammy Hudson are trustworthy and that is worth everything. We were extremely pleased with the outcome.
