    If I could give 10 stars I would. The service rendered from this company was absolutley top notch and, The technician Rick was a very skilled and professional plumber. I will ask for no one else moving forward in the future! Thank you for all your hard work it was and is very appreciated! Maybe a raise or promotion is in order?

    It was not a proper installation acording to the installation manual. The gas pressure was not checked at all. Try to get the piping as fast as it could, thus cutting corners on installation. Using a poor handle battery operated drill, to drill inside the pipe. All the tools including drills and drill bits wear worn out and old. Let the place dirty and did not clean up all the cutting and other dirts on the floor.

    Going to give them 1 star, because you can't give zero. Guy charged me $1,500 to install two shower/tub fixtures. After three reschedules he finally showed up and all he did was knock two holes in the wall and install the cartridge. Nothing but excuses on why he couldn't do the tub faucet and shower heads. Wound up doing them myself. I had signed up for the maintenance plan and after two months of trying to get it scheduled they just called and canceled again and said they can't get out there to do the furnace check until the end of Feb (2 months from now). Winter will be over by then. Don't walk away from this company, RUN!

    Couldn't get them to schedule me for a repair as part of their "Membership" plan; I had some plumbing work done earlier this year and they did a good job, so as part of that work I signed up for their membership plan. When my furnace started making noise (loud, failing motor) I called them for a tune up which is included in the membership. They scheduled it for the next day (great!) but then cancelled it the day of and said they couldn't schedule tune ups for the next 60 days!! I asked if I could just schedule a regular service call to get the motor looked at / replaced and they said they were only accepting service calls if I had "no heat" all others had to wait until after FEB (this was in DEC so again 60 days out)! I explained we couldn't run the furnace with the motor squealing, so I technically had "no heat" and was using space heaters, but they still wouldn't schedule me?! Seems really weird that they went from next day to a 2-month backlog for any service calls. I called Thomas Galbraith, and they scheduled me for the next day. Not sure if this membership is just a scam...but at this point I wouldn't recommend using them.
