- JPJean PikeOct 8, 20255.0I decided to turn my porch into a sunroom. I called IBSM for an estimate and received this on time. Bobby and his crew came and within 1 week my room was finished. I’m enjoying it very much. Bobby and his crew did a wonderful job, I’m proud to invite folks to see my new sunroom. His crew worked hard not standing around talking but working hard. Would have them do another project when needed. They run into a major problem and Bobby checked with me before doing anything that was not on the contract to be sure I wanted it done as he was going. Thankful he did .

- TWTony WoodSep 14, 20242.0I contracted IBSM for a comprehensive house remodel, including plumbing, insulation, drywall, and concrete work, electrical and room additions. However, the plumbing beneath the house leaked, the replaced drain lines leaked, and the water lines were leaking. The tub and shower drains weren't connected, the shower pan was installed incorrectly, and none of it was up to code, leading to odors that attracted skunks and mice through an unfixed broken vent. I had to employ a certified plumber to correct these issues and meet code requirements. The crawl space door IBSM was supposed to replace is still here, undone. I incurred expenses for skunk removal, sanitization, and replacing floor insulation due to the skunk odor. IBSM was tasked with upgrading my attic insulation to R-38 and insulating over the garage with R-38, but only R-24 was installed, and it was improperly laid out. I had to hire another person to lay the R-24 insulation I paid for as R-38 and to even out the blown insulation above the living area, which is still not R-38. Exposed electrical wires were left in the attic. IBSM replaced my concrete sidewalk, which developed a crack, and they said it was unavoidable. I had to hire someone else to fix ceiling cracks caused by not staying on the attic studs. The flooring in my kitchen keeps separating because it wasn't leveled properly; they tried to fix it with cardboard. I have contracts, many pictures from contractors I had to hire to fix IBSM's work, and I've spent over $10,000 on repairs.
