Eventually my floor was ripped up and left in a pretty crazy state. 9 months later I moved on to a new contractor to complete the work. General lack of communication was a problem. The folks I met besides James were nice, but the end result was still a mess. My new contractor was flabbergasted when he saw how my floors were left.

Leaves things out, shows up unannounced, misses pre-set appointments etc. ~ edited ~ - since they like to check profiles, people go on vacations hence reviews in other states :). only leave reviews when the experience is negative.
