Unfortunately, we needed a torsions spring overhaul due to the old equipment we had. They waived the initial service fee and gave us a fair price to replace the system. It come with a great warranty and when we need to actually replace the door, they assured us they would work with us on the price if it is within the warranty period since we just had all the hardware replaced! Definitely recommend and will use again, especially when we decide to replace our 3 old garage doors!

We ended up with a new Liftmaster opener, springs, optics, keypads and remotes. Everything went well, Tyler was awesome and I’d recommend Grizzly if you’re having trouble with your garage doors, opener, etc. Overall, a great experience. The door is opening much smoother and quieter than ever before. Call Grizzly - they were great.
