  I thought "fast, friendly service" was just a slogan, but you guys really mean it. Your installers were super polite, very professional, and worked quickly to minimize our downtime when installing two furnaces/AC units. They asked questions and kept us informed on what they were doing to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. They didn't leave until we reviewed the final installations and were completely satisfied. Terrific overall experience.

  11/18/2025 Total Logan HVAC replacement. Everything from quote process, scheduling and day of installation went perfectly. A rainy dreary day it was and Trent was the onsite professional and he took time to explain what was being done and projected completion time. No mess as they placed runners throughout the house to keep things as clean as possible. Total effort went as planned, cleanup was spot on and now I get to enjoy my NEW HVAC!   Marquis was such a pleasure and worked hard to find the issue with our furnace. When he discovered we needed a new part he checked if they had it in or if it needed to be ordered. Then he attempted to get an appointment set up right away so we didn't go too long g without heat. He got no answer on the phone from the office and tried another way but no luck. Today I received an email that they would be coming tomorrow morning, however Marquis showed up at 4:20 the day before to get us up and running. He told the office that he would rather come out today than wait since we have been without heat and it is getting colder. So he showed up at 4:15 pm and finished the job and kept an eye on the furnace to make sure it was running properly. I am SO impressed with his work ethic and willingness to make sure customers are served well. The office people were hard to reach on the phone and some that handled the phones were rude. If it wasn't for Marquis this would have been a rant about poor service and lack of contact as to when we could expect a return visit. Thank you Marquis!!!

  Overpromised, Underdelivered – HVAC Installation Misses the Mark I went Logan heating & Air for this HVAC upgrade with one clear, non-negotiable request: recommend and install a system that would balance heating and cooling throughout my home, with special attention to the room above the garage at the front of the house. That room has always been a temperature outlier, and I made it crystal clear that any proposed solution must address it directly. The salesman assured me the system would handle it. He even emphasized how advanced zoning and sensor technology would help regulate temperatures more evenly. Based on that assurance, I moved forward. Fast forward to installation: they added a second sensor, supposedly to help with temperature balancing. But here’s the catch—while the system “knows” the sensor exists(or so the Logan Heating claims) , I have no way to monitor or verify its readings. No app visibility, no thermostat feedback, no interface. It’s like installing a camera and never being able to see the footage. When I raised this concern, the salesman backpedaled, claiming he never said the sensor would be user-monitorable. That’s a convenient shift in narrative. Meanwhile, the installer openly told me that the previous thermostat model did allow sensor monitoring—so the capability exists in the old thermostat. This is a textbook case of overselling and underdelivering. I trusted their recommendation based on my very specific needs, and now I’m stuck with a system that doesn’t give me the control or visibility I was led to expect. The room above the garage still struggles with temperature swings, and I have no tools to assess or adjust. his experience has been frustrating, opaque, and ultimately disappointing. Buyers be aware. Do not get your HVAC with Logan. I would not give them even one start. No issue with people who install this system.

  100 percent will not suggest this company. They did okay with installing our ac and furnace but have had nothing but issues with the condensation pump since install. We informed them about it had a tech come out and he himself was confused as to why they put the pump in they did and said he would be in contact never heard anything back and time went on kept having issues and caused flooring damage. Tech came out out a non shallow pump in and had no issues. We followed the tips by the first tech to use vinegar to clean the pump and still had issues. Not to mention they didn’t even really run the drain right but instead ran it through our ceiling to our washer drain without consulting us about it. And the seal they used on the outside for the ac system into the facia is already failing only plus part was they got us financed when we had issues with other places financing you think for a 12000 system you wouldn’t have any issues now we are replacing our floor on top of it all Edit to their reply: we used the recommended cleaning schedule including changing our filter every month to assist in the product working correctly . It’s bad when even their own tech says that they are unsure why that pump was used and was too small for the system but lord forbid a company admits their wrongs
