Then he came out to find out what the problem was. He found it very quickly and replaced the battery in my sensor. He was very kind and helpful.

Called in the next morning to tell me they couldn't find the site, and then said they were now rejecting the call cause they wasted all that time. Then proceeded to tell me to find someone local.. The job was in the same City their located in? I checked the address and their address, the site is 12 MINUTES down the street from them.
