It was a partial sewer line replacement and they managed to get it done in one day! Cleaned up the yard as well! They were awesome!!!!!!!

- KBKimberly BaranekNov 6, 20251.0NOT REALLY A 24 hr SERVICE! TRY SOMEONE ELSE!! So, I had an emergency last night and I reached out to the number one name that I knew about which was Roto-Rooter. I reached out at 1:36 AM. At 2:26 I called them back and asked if they were able to get a hold of somebody or what was happening. Only to be told that the people that you get on the 24 hour line don’t actually speak to anybody they send information and those people are supposed to reach out to you. THEY NEVER DID!! At 3:24 I called to cancel them as Rooter Man had just returned my call (from 10 minutes prior) and they were on their way. I probably didn’t need to call and cancel because I don’t believe they were ever going to call.

We called and were surprised and relieved they had a technician available to come out. Our technician DD was very positive and professional. He explained everything he was doing, what he thought the problem was, and how long it would take. I would request both this company and DD specifically for any future service. Great job!
