Jackson explained all that he would need to do and got it done and made sure I knew what he was doing and made sure I didn't have any questions before he left! I would definitely reccomend them!
- EMEisha MubashirJan 1, 20264.0Heating stopped working. Ian cane and figured out that it was bad igniter in the furnace. He cleaned around the igniter and the furnace started working again. He set up a time to put in a new igniter, but also showed us how to ignite it if it stopped working again. Then he figured that the furnace was able to ignite by itself and probably won’t need a new igniter. He only charged $90 for this. We were very happy with his service .

Both times Justin was a great technician and really helped me out. Not only that but both times they came out the same day. Pretty sure I’ll be contacting them again whenever I need it (which hopefully won’t be for a long time).

They charged $720 to replace an $80 control chip board (exact model # and price confirmed on the sealed box they brought it in) and a total of 30 minutes diagnosis and repair time! Theres a difference between making a profit and absolutely ripping people off and gouging them! I will be going to the Better Business Bureau about this company. Absolutely disgraceful business practices!

He only charged me for the initial service fee, showed me the part he was ordering so I could confirm the pricing, and was out here asap to install it after it arrived. Very happy with the service. Less than 100 for service and the only extra I paid was for the part, and I paid at their cost
