I call them for any project that I have in the greater Toledo area! They are extremely great communicators, and go above and beyond with their service to make sure you get exactly what you need! We just finished up a massive job with tons of hauls, and 6 physical containers on site, and it went off without a hitch! We'll be continuing to work with Ken and HAI as long as we'll be needing dumpsters! A++++

This time we were emptying an entire house of a loved one that passed. Ken is always so helpful and kind on the phone. The driver is always courteous and very skilled at getting the dumpster quickly dropped off. I called many dumpster rental companies and HAI beat them hands down on many points. Price, availability (which is immediate), size, length of rental time and especially their customer service.

I came out & asked what he was doing & the driver was instantly rude. Rather than answering the question & stating that they were just doing a swap of dumpsters for a residence quickly, the driver decided to get sarcastic & rude immediately & asked if I were a cop. As someone who has a CDL themselves, there’s a way to conduct yourself if someone has a question. This man did not represent your company well or in a professional manner at all. A simple answer would have resolved a simple issue, however the man decided to be rude & argumentative. The man appeared to be in his 60’s but conducted himself like a child. I hope this man’s actions does not represent a company that has good reviews & it was just a bad day but what a poor way to conduct yourself.
