It was obvious through the entire process that he understood what we had envisioned and he spent so much of his time trying to improve upon our plans. He truly wanted our home to be the best it could be for our Family. A month after moving in, he is still involved as we make plans in our yard. The entire staff, his subs and suppliers are all "top shelf" people who came together with Brad and put the cherry on top. Black Oak was recommended to us by a building inspection company whom we are friends with, we have thanked them multiple times for this, its a huge endorsement for Black Oak and Brad when the inspectors that grade your work recommend you to their friends.
