The price was fair and there was no extra fees or charges . It's a relief to work with a company that sticks to the original price with no high pressure sales technics . - JPJodi PeacockJun 9, 20251.0Arnold’s Home Improvement was the worst and most unprofessional experience that I have ever had with a company. The storm door they installed was damaged. So were the ones they tried to exchange it with. I had to settle for the damaged product. When it still wasn’t installed correctly, I followed the grievance procedure they provided and was ignored by both the owner and his son. Eventually since it wasn’t installed correctly, one morning, the handle broke off the door and we couldn’t get out of our home. When they sent their installer to fix the handle, he snuck off without saying a word and didn’t even tell me it was fixed, simply just drove off. They have never offered any apology or showed empathy for their poor workmanship or the inconvenience it caused. I will never utilize this company again or recommend them to others.

Our full-time office is staffed Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our professional and knowledgeable staff is available to assist with scheduling free estimates, answering questions, and addressing any other inquiries you may have.

Many of our estimators have extensive experience within our organization, having worked their way up from other roles. They undergo comprehensive field training and complete Owens Corning's Top of the House program. Our owner, Jason Arnold, is committed to ongoing education, completing at least 30 hours of continuing education every three years.
