Dominic, the salesman who came out, was very personable and never pressured us. He was a pleasure to work with. The installers, Randy and Jared, did an outstanding job with both the new posts and the double access gate. The gate construction is impressively robust, featuring 6x6-inch posts that prevent gate sagging and ensure long-term durability. The overall craftsmanship and structure are fantastic! One of the best parts of the experience was how the company handled a minor issue with the latching mechanism. When we called American Fence and Supply, they were extremely friendly and responsive. They sent out Chuck, an experienced technician who specializes in repairs and modifications, the same day. Chuck took the mechanism back to the shop and customized it to better suit our needs. We were thoroughly impressed with his dedication and workmanship. We are extremely satisfied with the service we received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
