  Although you guys did beautiful work, compassion goes along way. Half of the job was paid for, instead of making you guys worried, I called to let you know your client was in dire straints and almost didn’t make it. That we would be in contact soon as I knew more. You guys proceeded to call several times a day, so much so a loan was taking out to pay you guys off. Even though no income is coming in for this veteran who is in recovery with a disabled wife at home, who is on 24 hr care. Stressed him out so badly he got a freaking loan. He told you guys payment was coming and the amount of calls you guys made to him was absolutely vile. Not one time did any of you show any concern until you came to pick up the check. Tomorrow I will insert the screenshots of calls you sent to this man who was second away from dying. He even applied with a loan through your guys finance department and that still didn’t soften how many calls were made. You guys should be ashamed of yourself and quite telling to other people wanting your service that you guys need to hound a recovering Va for money you knew was coming just to be able to buy supplies for you next client. I sincerely hope you guys show compassion and learn from this.

  I contracted Star City Concrete to remove and replace my driveway. Their price was very competitive. I am over the top pleased with both the quality of work performed and the professionalism displayed by everyone I interacted with. Everyone … front office, estimators, install team, billing … showed up on time and did exactly what they say they were going to do. During the process of the install, a piece of the sidewalk cracked, they did not say anything, instead they pulled out the cracked segment and put down new concrete. Extremely professional. The install looks awesome! Thank you to the Star City Concrete team.

  Did a great job on the concrete, but they’re subcontractors for the asphalt are Terrible would not recommend them to fix anything after they break your driveway up Ball

  On 2-23, I had a 14x28 patio poured with adjacent sidewalk and a 4 curved steps 44" wide with14" step installed. Sara was our contact person and helped us with the design and step design recommendations. We scheduled in August for March install but the weather worked our favor for an earlier date. The crew was professional and knowledgeable. Their work year was outstanding the crew took the time to ensure everything was formed up correctly before the pour. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up the work area. Outstanding work everyone!
