  I would not recommend this place if I have used them to replace two furnaces as my house is a duplex furnace one did not get finished for days. They explained to me on the first day that it was because they couldn’t get the old furnace out but yet my ring camera shows that it’s been sitting out back in my backyard since 11:30 AM .. 4:30 PM that Friday comes around and They left me for the weekend with 30° weather stating “they tried there best “… they were supposed to be back Monday at 8 AM yet 8:30 AM I called Dave because they’re still not here at 9 am they arrive but at 11:50 AM they take lunch they come back at 1:07 PM. Nothing has been done in the time they was here as I have ring cameras and they’ve done nothing but walk back fourth to their vans talking to each other finally after calling Dave again asking what hold up is with my Furnace it’s miraculously installed within three hours I then have to wait two weeks to get the second furnace put in for renter as they stated this one took longer then expected smh they are supposed come on Monday at 8 AM. They show up at 10 AM a.m. they tell me they need more parts not exactly sure what parts when they need when could’ve seen those parts when they was here two weeks ago as both furnaces are the exact same, smh so again no furnace that day . So they told me that they’ll be back in two days Wednesday arrives. It’s 8 AM. They’re not here. They arrive at 8:30 AM. I understand things happen to run a little late by 905am They’re knocking on my door telling me that once again, they cannot fix the furnace because now there’s gas in the lines, so now I have to call centerpoint .. smh … please call someone different this company has went to shit … I’ll update when I get my second furnace in … I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU USE SOMEONE ELSE

  We cannot say enough about the professional and quality of service we always receive from Burkett's. They installed a new boiler in our very old home, and did not leave until they were sure we would have heat for Thanksgiving. They provided us with contact info just in case we had any problems over the holiday weekend. We will definitely use Burkett's for all future needs! .

  Our current AC unit was not working properly so we called Burkett's to come and take a look at it as they originally installed it when our house was built 6 years ago. They came out the next day and discovered there was damage to our coil that required replacement. John checked immediately on our warranty for us and discovered that our builder did not register the unit on our behalf; therefore, causing our 10-year warranty to become a 5-year warranty which had expired. The price on the part was over $3,000 alone so we opted to get an entirely new AC system. John had his team deliver and install it the very next day. For our trouble, he provided a service to our furnace to prepare us for the winter at no additional charge. The new unit came with a 10-year warranty and they offered to register the product for us. That is what true customer service is about! Thank you, John and team, for getting us up and running again just in time for some fall heat. We appreciate you! I would highly recommend Burkett's to anyone that asks.

  Called with a issue with my AC and John was out same day to look at it, unfortunately I needed a new unit but John went back and got me a price right away and had it installed in less than 2 weeks! Great company to do business with! Keep up the great work!!
