- AHAlexandra HaiderJan 16, 20261.0Absolutely terrible company. They convinced me to pay the full amount for a new commercial HVAC back in October. They said if I paid the full amount, they would give me a discount. They told me it would be 2-3 weeks out. Now it is January and they have not installed it still and have been ignoring me. I finally got ahold of Dave in December and he assure me it would be completed the next week. That did not happen and now he is ghosting me again. Complete scam. Do not trust them.

They installed a new boiler in our very old home, and did not leave until they were sure we would have heat for Thanksgiving. They provided us with contact info just in case we had any problems over the holiday weekend. We will definitely use Burkett's for all future needs! .
