Our company, Ohio Water Heaters, began it’s business 50 years ago, all the way back in 1970. It was started by a veteran of the Army and Navy, with the aim to deliver exceptional service to the community. We have diligently and passionately been serving the Central Ohio area with our plumbing and water heater services. We are a family-owned and operated company that started small but grew in leaps and bounds over the last few decades in Ohio. We have experience in not just installing and repairing water heaters but also manufacturing and selling them over the years. We also offer a complete line of plumbing, water softening and filtering, and solar services to residents of the Central Ohio area.

They showed up when they said they would. I spoke to them about my questions and requests and they were able to accommodate everything I asked for during the estimate process. They were kind and professional and cleaned up after themselves after the job was complete. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for any other plumbing needs that may arise.

This is the second time I've used them and the entire team has been great to work with. Thank you all for your outstanding customer service.

They were out promptly to assess the situation and back soon after to replace the water heater and I had the sump pump replaced as well. On time and reasonably priced. I had so many plumbers to choose from but glad I chose Ohio Water Heaters & Plumbing.
- GSGeoff StinsonJul 6, 20252.0I gave them 2 Stars only because the people are nice, but here’s my experience.. called them Thursday because we did not have hot water, made appointment for Friday… waited all day, finally technician calls at 6 and says he can’t get there till 9 -10 pm. I asked them to come Sat morning, had to ask to have weekend fee waived, they didn’t offer. Technician, came out Saturday morning and said either heating unit was out or tank needed replaced, I chose to replace 10 year old water tank. Technician came out Tuesday at 9 am pulled old tank out then waited 2 hours for someone to bring new tank. Tank was installed, I paid, Technician left, we waited an hour and no hot water. Called company back, sent technician back and he said I was not getting enough gas from propane tank?!?! I said why wasn’t that check first, and he said it should have been!?!? Bottom line is my original tank was fine?!?! Now I’m out $4300 for a new tank and still no hot water?!?! Very frustrated working with this company. I hate to leave bad reviews because people are out there trying to earn a living, but this service was not great
