- 1L1st LightJul 10, 20255.0I have used Custom Comfort for my home (they replaced my furnace and a/c units and did a fabulous job!) and needed some help with our business' air conditioning issue. I called and set up an appt for them to come check out why we were not getting cold air. Derik called to let me know he was on his was, arrived at the time quoted and then figured things out quickly and fixed our issue. What a wonderful, knowledgeable, and professional young man! Thankful that they handled the issue quickly. I highly recommend working with Custom Comfort.

They thought they have to change dampener and quoted $400+ but when the technician came he changed just the motor to turn the dampener. charged me 400+ for less than one hour of work for a part that cost $100. The change was to the I understand that they have other expenses but to me it is over charging. Poor customer service as they did not want to even listen to the change of work.
