- JSJamie Spann3 days ago5.0Starting off by saying I had Roto Rooter out here the day before to look at this same issue- I went through the online appointment system to get a diagnosis on my leaky sink. On the same day, David came out and knew exactly what was going on from the very start. Not only was he able to properly diagnose the problem, but he was extremely knowledgeable and informative about the nuances of the situation and I was able to have a broader understanding of the issue. I am very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, punctuality and knowledge that David and the Jackson Comfort team were able to provide. I will certainly be calling again for any future home maintenance in their realm of expertise!

After our furnace was completed Chris followed us over to our daughter’s condo to look at her furnace. We had a very good experience from making the appointment and Chris being very professional and kind. We would definitely recommend Jackson for your furnace and other services offered.

I had to book and reschedule a couple of times due to my scheduling conflict and Jackson Comfort Services was very flexible and accommodating. Cardiair, their technician showed up and was very professional. I went over the problem and he gave me a solution with upfront pricing which was really nice. When he was done, he made sure the area was clean and made sure I was happy with his work and of the 30 day warranty on services. I highly recommend Jackson Comfort Service and Cardiair.

- CCCinDec 26, 20255.0Robert was fantastic ! He gave us heads up on when he was going to arrive. Wore shoe covers and was very respectful in our home. He did a great job educating us on furnace options and what would be the best choice for us and why. Our tech Steven and his team did a great job installing our new furnace. They arrived on time , kind and respectful ( I felt completely comfortable having them in my home ) , installed the furnace in one day . They showed me how to use my new thermostat and made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving . I highly recommend working with Jackson comfort . My husband and I are really happy with the service they provided .
