Founded by Saul Waxman in 1974, Waxman’s Carpet, Rug & Tile Warehouse helps Clevelanders redefine their homes with the widest selection of beautiful area rugs, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), carpeting and hardwood floors.
Today it’s operated with the same VIP level of customer service, overseen by Saul’s son, David.
We create custom area rugs to fit any room size or shape, but without the “custom” pricing.
Thanks to key relationships with all the major suppliers, the family has built the business on being able to pass that savings along to the customer. We go the source, importing rugs from all over the world, including Egypt, Italy and Turkey.
Creating an inviting shopping experience is important to us!
Absolutely a terrible job. The material was good but the installer showed up with no tools and hacked away at all the trim around the fireplace , door and step. The door is so bad we could not shut it as he raised the floor a 1/4 inch and removed the rubber seals then proceed to smash the threshold with a hammer to make it fit. DO NOT recommend Waxman services to anyone. He is not even worth this review Just a plain hack job . My thanks to google the company came out and fixed the steps. Claimed I can get some one to fix the door and they would reimburse me. Then when the floor buckles again they would come out and look. Time will tell

Long-timers who know their stuff. We've bought carpet with installation and also nice wool area rugs. Great selection they let you browse with no pressure at all. Very easy payment terms.

The installers were rude and smelled like ash trays. They were very unprofessional while talking with my mother about some choices, and basically told me I didn't know how to parent because my child was sitting in a chair watching them (he was very curious how the carpet was being installed) because they use razor knifes and that was unsafe and against their policy to have children in the area. He wasn't by the carpet.
I was just very disappointed in these installers for their lack of compassion while they were in someone else's home.
It definetly will stop me from using waxman as sales men because of the installers. and they will not get any recommendations from my family! Very unhappy!!
