He replaced the part expertly and recommended: I needed to buy a new furnace,as mine is almost 20yrs old. It is and I Do, but I Can't do so at this time. He understood and offered me a Good Deal on a New Trane furnace. I was highly satisfied with Cody's service. I would... highly recommend Cody for furnace repair service.

I've been completely impressed both times. If you happen to know me, you know how hard that is to do! Our furnace gave up the ghost on New Year's Eve at 3:30 in the afternoon. I booked an appointment online for the day after New Year's since I figured no one would be left in the office. I got a call within 5 minutes and a tech was actually out before 4:15 pm that same day! Too bad our 33 year old furnace finally said no! The estimate happened Friday when the original appointment was booked. Today (Monday), we have a completely new installed and working furnace (and central air but that's another story!). Pleased as punch! Highly recommend!

My furnace was making some weird noises and Cody was able to diagnose and fix the issue with materials from his van. The problem was able to be fixed under a warranty that I inherited when buying the house and just cost the service call charge. I’m impressed with their services and would definitely recommend.

He listened to what our issue was, then gave us some ideas of what could be going on to ease our minds. He diagnosed the issue, which was one he told us was likely, then performed the service quickly and professionally. He went way out of his way to answer all our questions and really knew his business. Such a personable guy, too. Anthony Ély is an absolute credit to your company and you should be very proud to have him on your team. Same with Teresa in the office. What a bunch of kind professionals!
