I was very surprised and grateful that Quality Heating and Cooling were able to fit me in with a next day appointment! Joe and Jacob did a great job on figuring out the reason my furnace was not heating. Then were able to give me options on steps moving forward. Luckily just a cleaning of the flame system was all that was needed. They also shared their subscription platform with added benefits which getting the 2 free tune ups a year for the furnace and air conditioning makes it all worth it. I definitely appreciated all their help!

Mike was wonderful to have during the sales process and beyond. Upon delivery, Donny and Ryan were fabulous to have in our home. We had a new Trane furnace installed with an air scrubber. Their work was meticulously executed! Ericka in the office took really great care to make sure that everything was attended to. Fred was also a pleasure to have in my home for the final inspection. Everything from beginning to end has been carefully attended to and taken care of. I highly recommend this company!

What a great experience! I had a new furnace and AC installed today and everyone I worked with throughout the whole process was professional, knowledgeable and very thorough with the information they gave me and with the work that was done. Tyler came out first to look over my old system and helped me confirm that it was ready to be retired. He really helped me understand how HVAC systems work and explained the difference between what mine was doing vs. what I could expect from a new one. Michael came out next and did a great job explaining the different replacement options I had and set me up with a system that worked best for my home. Erica handles dispatch and she got things setup and was also there to answer any questions if I had them. Donny and Ryan completed the install and showed up on time and did a fantastic job with the install, cleanup and the final walk through to go over my new system. Everyone was friendly and it was clear that they took great pride in what they did. A friend told me that he was very happy with this company and I’m so glad I took his recommendation. I couldn’t be happier and I’ll definitely be recommending them in the future. Great job!

Price gouging on repairs BIG TIME, a $25 OEM part cost me $338. ( Ignitor) Claimed they had to use their parts which just happened to be packaged the exact same as the ones I purchased. All the parts prices I was quoted carry a 1300-1500% mark up . The web page says 24 hr service for emergency repair...another misleading business practice it took a total of 5 days.called on a Friday AM, then that afternoon was told to call the after hours service " for faster service" with a 179$ service call ... except they don't respond with a person. You get a text saying " soon" .....and nobody shows . Called again Monday to receive a text after waiting all day that they'll be there tomorrow.
The tech used a video YOUTUBE....on his phone to Make repair -makes one question just exactly how qualified the employees really are. He spent more time trying to up sell and sell a new furnace than make the repair he was called for wasting 2 hrs . When I sent my concerns to them via email they were ignored. Then they requested a review by text 3 x . So here we are .
Skip this one, the price gouging alone is so unethical I wouldn't trust anything else either.

Just want to say how pleased my husband and I were with the installers, Collins and Caleb, and with Fred the Quality Control Technician.
As a senior citizen living in an older mobile home, we were concerned about getting the correct heating and cooling system. The sales Representative, Spencer Bland, was very helpful. All of these employees were helpful and patient with all the questions we had about correct filters, service of the units, and maintenance up keep.
