Mark Walter explained everything throughout the day and upon completion. Cleaned up the area. He was very considerate and always asked if I had any questions. He was very personable and explained the working of the water softener and plumbing needs. Mark represented Blind and Son very well with his professionalism and knowledge.

This morning my furnace was not working. I called at 8am to request service and was given a 9-5 window. At 10am I received a call that a technician would be at my home in 30 minutes. Bill showed me what he suspected was the issue and we agreed upon a solution. Since he was there he went ahead and did my annual furnace inspection saving a future trip. He suggested 2 items that needed to be addressed and promptly tended to them. He was professional, showed me and explained each item that needed attention.
I am a new customer and I am very pleased with the service I received today. My only suggestion is a invoice that shows pricing of each item and the ability to speak to a person and not AI.

Diagnosing tankless hot water heater. Mark was very communicative, happy to answer questions, and explained everything in detail. Super polite. At installation , I’m very impressed with Mark’s work attitude and skill. I am very particular about things and he totally went above my threshold for doing work right, explaining everything as he went, and is also just a great person with great respect and character. I can’t say enough about how satisfied I am with the job he did for us.

While our technician Mark was very kind and informative, it was a disappointing appointment. I called in the morning due to a clogged bathroom sink drain, I was given a window for arrival time between 9a&5p so essentially the whole day was out on hold to accommodate the appointment. We discussed in depth installing a water heater as well as a water softener system which was informative . However when we discussed the clearing of the drain the charge for that is $271 on top of a service call of $49 which would have been $320. That price I feel is completely unreasonable. I understand there are fees involved with skill labor and equipment but I don't think it's appropriate to fund retirement off of a clogged drain.
We're a member of the MVP program so I guess the money that we spend on a monthly basis would help to offset some costs however that is not the case.
We are definitely rethinking our relationship with Blind & Sons
We contacted another plumber that was there within 10 minutes of the phone call , had the clog cleared in less than 5 minutes for the cost of $131.
