  Landon did an excellent job. He showed up on time, was very professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy. You can tell he really cares about the quality of his work and making sure everything is done right. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this company and Landon to anyone looking for great service. Very satisfied with the experience.

  My furnace stopped working and this company set up a prompt appointment so I used them. They said the gas valves were bad and needed replaced but they didn’t have the part in the truck and they charged a $200 fee to retrieve it from the store unless I wanted to reschedule to have it fixed for later in the week. Well with our furnace out it was fifty degrees inside with a baby so that’s clearly not doable and it was too late in the day to get another company out. That’s a ridiculous amount and my total bill was just under $1,000. I wouldn’t use this company again.

  My sink had clogged on a Saturday so I wasn’t sure how long I was going to have to deal with it. I called Blind & Sons to see if I could get someone out first thing Monday. Well they did better than that. They were out to my home a few hours later. Karl explained everything to me and had that sink snaked in a matter of an hour. I couldn’t ask for a better outcome. Went about my Saturday like nothing happened. Thanks Karl!!

  Matthew was very efficient and professional in explaining everything he was going to do and made sure everything was done and working before he left. He went above and beyondin fixing my electric and made sure everything was working properly and up to my standards.   Absolutely loved my Service Technician Hershel McAtee. He was able to re start my oil furnace when we had sub zero temperatures. He advised that my furnace was 17 years old (purchased from Blind & Sons) and advised that replacement parts would have to be made if needed. Well, the furnace stayed running for about a week…. Then the inevitable happened…. A new furnace had to be installed. Jim Fisher was soon to arrive and provide me a quote. Financing options were discussed, and my new Furnace was scheduled for installation within a couple of days. My Installers showed up first thing Monday morning (can’t locate their names or profile emails right now) and were so prompt and professional. They were able to take out and remove my old Furnace, and install my new one. (even had to come through my storm cellar door to get into the house). They took the time to even explain my new control panel, and how to operate and set up all the functions. Herschel came the next day, to inspect all the oil lines. (I guess most furnaces that are installed are electric). I can’t recommend this company enough! They have a 24 hour service line that you can call to report any issues or problems. Communication is excellent! Any service is completed in a timely manner. I was worried about the cost of a new furnace, (single mom with an autistic child) but with Financing options fitting my budget, I am able to have peace of mind. I am confident that I will be good for another 17+ years.
