  I called Blind & Sons and they were able to send a technician out the next day to address my electrical request. Matthew Harris responded the next day as scheduled and provided me with a quote to install a new electric line and related work 2 days later. Excellent work Matthew - thanks for your insight and timeliness.

  I had an issue with a kitchen drain that was not correct. Instead of using the existing drain lines they gave me a very expensive and unnecessary estimate($8K) for running new drain lines through the basement floors! beware of this company!

  Uses an AI answering service after hours, that only pushes you to making scheduled appointments, and refuses to connect to a live person. Dont say you have 24/7 emergency support if that emergency support is chatGPT

  Landon Morris, Logan Hill, and Steven May were an incredible team, handling a variety of electrical needs. Knowledgeable and informative, Landon made a great plan to address my list of concerns, then he, Logan and Steven carried it out quickly and efficiently. Throughout, from first meeting for estimate to conclusion of the project, everyone has been friendly and helpful. (This includes the admin staff that helped with finance and scheduling) My husband and I are thrilled to have things working again, the confidence that our home is safer than it was, and the knowledge there’s a great partner that’s a pleasure to work with if any new issues or concerns arise in the future.

  I had a very disappointing experience. I was charged $120 for the service call and an additional $125 just to reset my furnace—no parts were replaced, and something that simple should reasonably be included in the service visit. On top of that, I was quoted another $192 just to clean the flame sensor, along with repair estimates totaling nearly $5,000. That didn’t sit right, so I decided to get a second opinion. I contacted another company, and the difference was unbelievable. They performed a full furnace tune-up for $49, which included cleaning the furnace and the flame sensor, and quoted the same repairs at around $1,300. The pricing I received here felt excessive and not transparent. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before committing to any work. I won’t be using this company again.
