    Not only did we not need the system sold to us but we recently learned that the well pump we were sold was likely unnecessary and only the cabling of the previous pump needed replaced. Additionally, the aggregate added to the system we didn't need installed is making our water harder than before we had it put in and the unit we were sold was assembled from a previous install. Probably the worst experience I've had with a contractor, so far.

    We had the most exceptional experience with Jessup and Sons. I called them late last week about a concern we had. They helped me decipher by phone what might be the issue and came out the same day to evaluate. They ordered the items needed and thought we might have it Tuesday. They received the items early and came the same day received to install. They were efficient and clean, but most importantly, they were kind courteous and patient. From the initial phone call of evaluation through to delivery and install they were some of the most pleasant and kind people we have ever had work with us. While we will not have this same issue again soon, we will contact them for all of our needs and recommend them whenever possible. We cannot thank them or recommend them enough.

    These folks are really nice. If you need a water softener call them first, very honest In my world that means alot

    First time having them fix a water problem and I'm happy with the work ! I had no water and he fit me into his busy schedule. I highly recommend.
