They attempted to plug the tire but the hole in it was to big. I went and got a new tire mounted and returned. Thank you to the staff at Holmes rental. Brady, Nate and Jeff and other staff members assisted me and got me back on the road.

Reality: it bogged on day one. Mount Vernon quoted nearly $1,000 blaming a “weak motor.” Next day the mower wouldn’t start—the battery they said was fine was dead. Took it to an independent shop: fixed properly for a fraction of Holmes’ quote and it runs strong now. In my opinion this was either grossly incompetent or a rip-off. I will not buy or service equipment here again. Unless they make this right with a refund…”
