I went to Home Depot…they shook it for me no problem. I prefer not to go to big box stores, but this Ace has been less than helpful on several occasions when I have asked for assistance. I did find an Ace to give my business to that has great customer service.

She was bs-ing behind the register when I walked in but then conveniently started fixing products so she could see what aisle I walked down. I was met by another employee, helpful yet evasive. If I can clearly read aisle signage, I can find what I need. It felt like she was trying to help me to get me out of the store quicker. One kind gentleman greeted me with a smile and wished me a great day, as I approached the register. That was a genuine interaction that is much appreciated. The same cashier, while checking out a couple before me, not ONCE, make a PSA about the 2 new customers who walked in the store...funny how that worked. If I truly did not need the items I purchased, I would've left everything at the counter. When words and actions show your presence and business is not wanted, take heed of that intuition.
