I couldn’t have asked for a more courteous and accommodating group of people from the sales person to the installation team. There were challenges with furniture and other issues, but they calmly took them on, and the carpeting was finished before the anticipated time. Thank you Marshalls. I will go back to you for any flooring needs in the future. I highly recommend their services as to others.

We scheduled the install for 6 weeks out and were told both flooring types were in stock. On the morning of installation, the crew arrived saying one type wasn't actually in the warehouse, so they could only complete half the job. The second flooring finally arrived and was installed two weeks later. What was most frustrating was that this seemed to catch Marshall by surprise—there was no proactive communication about the delay, and little in the way of acknowledgment or apology when it happened. The end result looks great, but the experience would have been much better with more accurate inventory information and better communication about delays.

The last room done was our basement and the installers had to Tetris the room layout and did an outstanding job in laying it with very few seams. I was very impressed! I highly recommend Marshall’s. I will use them again!
