  I dont use the service, but my neighbor pays for walk out service. The garbage truck drove down MY SHARED DRIVEWAY INSTEAD OF HAVING THE PASSENGER WALK DOWN TO GET IT. THIS NEEDS TO NOT REPEAT. THAT WAS INSANELY ALARMING TO HEAR. Carpenter road. I dont think they realized that Id be out there.

  If you call them even if they previously stated in an email to ask specific questions, please do NOT ask the questions. They will refuse you service. I was not rude, no profanity, no yelling, only some confusion and they denied service because of the confusion that was placed due to their email. Take your money elsewhere. Not sure who this owner is maybe their employee is not giving them the truth from the phone calls, but either way very unprofessional business practices. Why email and stare to ask about their one time large item pickup if you don’t offer it? Again it’s fine they don’t offer it all I said was the verbiage in the email needed to be updated as it was confusing to the consumer

  Customer service was great. Trash picked up on time. I would recommend them. Price is fair.
