He actually pulled out pencil & paper to sketch out an illustration of what we were asking for while we were talking. On top of that, the young woman at the desk (I apologize for not knowing your name) behind the counter got on the phone with one of the carpenters while we were still talking things out to see when someone might be available for this job. Just absolutely proactive service. The work was done as scheduled, on time, and is of top notch quality. An A+ experience all the way around.

No trouble. They can order items. Very good customer service. This is my goto place if you have a wood project or need to buy fancy screen doors. They have alot of wood. They dont have a big selection of accessories, hangers elbows, etc. and different things that are needed to hang or post on the wood. They have Nails and screws and a few other items but not a big selection.
