- TLTucker Long4 days ago5.0Several years ago I bought a house with an Everydry system installed in the basement. I didn't realize at the time how much I'd come to appreciate the system and team! Even though the house is old, the finished basement has stayed truly bone dry, protecting a large amount of value. The team has also been amazing with warranty transfer, yearly check ins, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to install a new system with them if the need came up.

The Crews were polite and professional. They installed EZbreath Ventilation System that freshens the Basement. They also installed new Sump Pump. After the work was done there was a weird sound that was coming from the Pump. We called the Office and they sent a very knowledgeable Technician by the name Zack, who came and fixed the problem. We have never had a problem again and our Basement now is cool and feels fresh, because we no longer have to deal with mold or dampness. The EZbreath system circulates fresh air around the whole Basement. Everdry Waterproofing have got good management coordination. Their Staff are polite and professional ready to listen and act. I will definitely recommend Everdry Waterproofing for your Basement.

We are extremely happy with this system as we no longer have a damp basement, mildew on the walls, nor do we have to run a dehumidifier 24/7/365. The guys doing the work were courteous and careful, especially considerate of our white porcelain floors! They were also careful outdoors, as our landscaping was not destroyed nor our yard. We were truly amazed! We live in an area of shifting soil, so whenever we call EverDry to have an outdoor adjustment of the underground pipes to meet the downspouts, we are serviced in a very timely manner. The serviceman always explains what he is going to do and has us inspect the job afterwards to make sure we are satisfied. Several homeowners in our area have chosen EverDry and we are certainly happy that we did, too! The product they use on the basement walls is also very nice looking and easy to keep clean—- another plus!! Overall - 5 stars from us!

In the 13 years since we had our Everdry system completed, we've been very pleased with the livability of our once damp basement. Having completely remodeled the living space since the Everdry project, we enjoyed the space with our teenagers at the time and our grandchildren now. The sales representatives who came to do our estimate were very thorough in their inspection at our home, provided us with various options for the project, and answered all of our questions. They were very neat considering the scope of the work being done, and we greatly appreciated their respect for our home and our landscaping. Over the years we’ve recommended Everdry to friends and family and will continue to do so.

They had several items that they couldn’t finish at the time, but made an appointment to come back and finish the small quack filling which they did promptly when finished explained the work that they did ask if we had any questions And explained our warranty since then we’ve had no problems in our basement and everything is working as it should
