  For many years, we had problems with seepage, water in the basement, and paint on basement walls cracking and bubbling due to moisture. We also had moisture coming through the floors due to hydrostatic pressure. After Everdry installed their system two years ago, including a sump pump, our basement has been dry, even after heavy rainfalls. Workers were punctual and professional. I am pleased with their work.

  One of their workers backed the work truck into my house and caused structural damage. Three weeks later I still do not have their insurance information to file a claim. After three emails requesting it, I called their office and was told the manager was the only one who had that info and they would be back next week. Also, their salesman said they dig down as deep as needed, to the footer if necessary, to chase cracks to seal them. The crew leader told me they do not do that because if they did they "would be chasing cracks all day". I relayed this to Dakota in their office while the crew was wrapping up the job. What I was sold is not what was done.

  I can’t remember the year that Everdry waterproofed our basement because it’s been 15+ years but we haven’t experienced any water in our basement since the day they did the work. I remember they were very courteous when doing the job and cleaned everything up when they were finished. They didn’t disturb our landscaping either. We’ve kept our warranty up to date and it has paid off over the years. We’ve had to have our sump pump replaced a couple of times and it didn’t cost us anything. We called in the morning and they were there to replace our pump before the day was over. I would recommend this company to anyone needing basement waterproofing done. They are a great company to work with.

  The final crawl space encapsulation looks great — that’s the only positive. The job was not completed correctly the first time. Crews left without finishing the work, and Everdry demanded payment while the job was still incomplete, which is unacceptable. It then took four months of fighting with customer service to get a crew back out to finish the job. Constant follow-ups, poor communication, and zero sense of urgency unless I pushed. End result is fine, but the process was frustrating and unprofessional. Good outcome, bad execution. I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re prepared to stay on top of them the entire time.

  Several years ago, we were organizing our crawl space and noticed excess dampness. We were concerned for health reasons and called EverDry to assess the situation. We were happy that we did not have any mold. EverDry recommended that we seal around our house to reduce the dampness in the basement. We contacted other basement companies regarding the sealing and EverDry offered the best solutions for us. They were professional and were able to answer and address any questions or concerns from us. I am truly happy with the results and having the peace of mind knowing our house is dry, protecting us from mold. I recommend EverDry for homeowners who wish to have a dry basement that is free of mold.
