I reached out to Michael because of critter damage that we discovered on our roof. I was only seeking an estimate for the damage in that particular area at the time. Michael requested for us to allow him to do a full roof inspection to determine if there was any legitimate weather damage that would be cause for a total roof replacement. Although I trusted Michael, I was very hesitant just because we had previously gone through two different inspections with two different companies filed claims and both were denied. Michael fought hard and fought long which resulted in a victory that provided a total roof replacement. He was able to accomplish what others could not do and were not willing to do! We could not be any more pleased with the service and the professionalism of the entire company.

Major home improvement headache out of the way for me. Josh worked with my insurance agent, and the experience was painless. Actual work on my house and two large outbuildings was completed in one day. Extremely efficient crew that took care of my property, saving landscaping, existing gutters, aluminum soffit and trim, and a total cleanup. Extra detail like quality drip edge, shingles and flashing work made the house look great. I am a very satisfied customer.
