There were some communication issues with the original project manager, but the company was able to get me sorted and scheduled eventually. The job only took a day which was great, working around the weather. The Concrete patio with brushed finish turned out great. Part of the agreement was the crew will use some dirt to create a gradual slope up to the edge of the concrete since my backyard is sloped; 2 of 3 sides look acceptable, but just rocks for one side…my guess is this was leftover rock and just left it (see pics); I wasn’t too happy about that because one side looks unfinished. Additionally, my yard took a beating from the machinery used. After calling them with my concern, the company said they’ll make it right and deliver some fill dirt (and hopefully level it)…but we’ll see how that goes in a couple months and I’ll modify the review when the time comes.

He’s an excellent communicator, and I was kept informed every step of the way. The crew did a fantastic job as well, and I knew from day one that I was in good hands. Marcus patiently handled all my “21 questions” and guided me through the color and style selections so I could make the best decision. I’m excited to work with you again when it’s time to pour the foundation for my shed/annex garage build!

I reached out to their company and they were able to give me an estimate within a specific price range after describing the project over the phone. They then sent someone out after letting them know I was interested in a final quote, which was an extremely smooth process. Their team was able to work with me to set a date a few months in the future for the project. Once the date arrived, they were on time, worked diligently and with detail - finishing the project in one day. Overall, the things that stuck out to me about this company compared to other competitors that I received quotes from was their professionalism, communication, and dedication to making the customer happy. The price was reasonable and within range of other competitors quotes. I would definitely use their services again and would recommend to anyone who is interested in concrete services!
