- SKSue KuhnJan 17, 20245.001-17-24. Technician could not find the problem because the furnace resets itself. He suspects it's a switch. I will be calling back when it starts happening more frequently. Thank you for getting to us so quickly on this terribly cold day! Chad was the 2nd technician who came out. He detected the problem immediately. We needed a new motor which he ordered and will be back to install on 01-18-24. Left is with space heater to help with warmth. 01-18-24 - Chad returned and replaced the motor. He was very quick and to the point. We are now experiencing warmth! Overall, our experience with Geisel was outstanding!
