  Never answer the phone, not once in 3 years of me getting materials here. Also take forever to get materials. Loveland location is way better. Lansing building products is my go to for gutter material. Its always ready before you get there and they answer the phone

  The last three times I’ve ordered siding it has not been there when they said it would So it’s multiple wasted trips because you can’t call to check because no one ever answers the phone. to be fair, the first two times I was told it was the manufacturers hold up, Though it’s still a wasted trip because no one answers the phone, but this last time everything was supposed to be in stock in Columbus and I was told it would be at the store on the following Monday. I didn’t show up till Tuesday to give them time and when I showed up, it wasn’t there and was told that it wasn’t loaded on the truck and that it would now be there Wednesday afternoon so once again, I waited till Thursday morning, I come Thursday morning , an only of the portion of the siding was there with no corners or J channel and was now told they only had part of the siding in stock and One corner, which still wasn’t even there. It’s hard to run a business when you can’t depend on your vendors, You plan your day and your paycheck out only to be scrambling for what to do instead of the job you plan to do on your vendors word.
