He measured resistance in multiple devices, measured before and after temps of air coming through my vents. After verifying the issue was fixed, Tony tested the furnace five more times. He gave me some preventative maintenance tips. Overall, I would recommend him as a technician if you need help. I would gladly welcome him back in my home any day of the week.

The service technician( Mason) was prompt, professional, and installed a new hot water heater as well as new pipes in a timely manner. He was able to give me an explanation of why the old water heater quit working and told me my options for repair. The price estimate was definitely reasonable. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I highly recommend them. I will definitely call on them again for future repairs.

We got an amazing deal on replacement of our furnace and air conditioner and was pleased with the quality of equipment and service. The owner came to our home and met with us, went over the details, no up sale or tactics. He was very professional. Travis Ritchie, installed the equipment, was also very professional and detailed. He explained the process as he installed the equipment, so we were aware. I would highly recommend this company. I forgot mentioned we had interviewed 5 other companies before deciding on SouthTowne.
