    Scott was on time, called ahead to ensure timing was good, and was very friendly. Scott has a lot of experience, providing a thorough furnace tune up. Scott was not rushed by appointments, taking time to show me what he found during inspection, and pointing out areas to keep an eye on. Will be calling back for my spring AC tune up. Thanks.

    Scott was awesome on his service call. Got our system serviced and working like new. He was prompt, friendly, and courteous. He explained our issues and had a few resolutions and let us choose what worked best for us. We highly recommend Scott and Southtowne overall.

    Scott was awesome and listened patiently to our concerns with our new system. We had several questions on our system add on equipment and new thermostat. He did maintenance tune up and installed new filter. Ran tests on carbon monoxide and temperature. Thank you Scott

    My furnace was not working right last week. I wasn’t sure who to call. By chance, I received a cold sales call from SouthTowne the same day. I don’t like those calls but I decided it was worth a try. The were able to send someone late in the day. I’m guessing SouthTowne has other good technicians, but I was lucky that Hunter was sent to my house. Hunter was great! Not only did he know what he was doing, but he was also able to explain it. He gave me options and did not push his opinion. I trusted him. I made my own decision. Josh and his partner also did a good job with the Saturday installation. The communications were good. I will SouthTowne again in the future.
