  I recently had a major plumbing emergency with my main drain backing up, and it was quickly turning into a nightmare. I called Korrect, and they sent out Gary, hands down one of the best technicians I’ve ever worked with. Gary worked efficiently and came fully prepared with all the right equipment. He cleared the main drain, tested everything multiple times, and made sure the system was flowing the way it should before packing up. What I really appreciated was how detailed he was he didn’t rush, he didn’t cut corners, and he made sure I understood how to help prevent the issue in the future. I can’t say enough good things about Gary and the team at Korrect. If you’re dealing with a plumbing problem, especially something serious like a main drain backup, don’t hesitate to call them. Highly recommended!

  Josh from Korrect came through in a pinch and got the job done! We were out all day on a Saturday and came home late to find that our main sewer out was blocked and water was backing up into our tub and shower. We called many other “24/7” plumbers, but Korrect not only got back to us quick, but was also transparent with the pricing and on when their crew could be there… the “other guys” and their AI receptionists seemed to think waiting until the work week was ok… AI doesn’t have to use the bathroom so it wouldn’t understand! Josh arrived on a Sunday and it was clear that he knew his stuff and handled our main out with care and certainty that he was clearing the line. No one really wants to deal with plumbing emergencies, but knowing Korrect has people like Josh out there makes it easy to decide who we’re gonna call first. Thanks Korrect (and Josh)!

  I had water backing up into my shower pan then overflowed on to my bathroom and kitchen floor. I was told 2 years ago I needed to do the jet to open up for 1400.00 but hadn't had a problem until now. I decided to try Korrect first. I am glad I did Gary came out and did a wonderful job getting my main drain unclogged. He was very knowledgeable, nice and left no mess. I will always call Korrect now.

  Gary saved the day! House sewer line was draining slowly and if you use a lot of water in short amount of time the utility room drain will overflow. RR came out for 3 hours and didn’t fix the problem ($230 spent). RR suggested hydro jetting ($2000) as the next step with no guarantee of success, and with the understanding that excavation will be the ultimate solution for several thousands of dollars. Decided to give Korrect a chance and they gave me a window from 1-5 PM. Dispatcher called to inform technician was in route. Gary showed around 2:20PM and by 2:50PM the line was fully operational. Gary ran the camera for a second time in my presence and patiently described the condition of the line as good. I can say that Korrect and its people are real thing.

  Professional, dependable, and truly proud of the work they do. It’s hard to summarize how great my experience was. I’m remodeling my basement and needed extensive underground plumbing work to replace and relocate pipes. I also needed the old water and gas lines replaced and moved throughout the basement to fit the new design, along with several other plumbing upgrades while everything was opened up. Brandt, the estimator I worked with before the project began, was great—easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. He made me feel confident that the team would do quality work. I couldn’t be more grateful that Andrew was assigned as the installer for my project. He arrived on time every day, kept me informed, and walked me through the progress at the end of each day. It’s rare to see someone take such genuine pride in their craftsmanship these days. The work turned out great—so much so that I actually enjoy just looking at it. The next major project will be new HVAC. Korrect will definately get the call.
