The clog was cleaned thoroughly and the sink drains better than it ever did!!! We also had the main sewer cleaned since it had been several years since the last cleaning. - JMJeremy McDanielNov 7, 20253.0I own a restaurant and Atherton installed our tankless water heater 2-3 years ago. We have the annual service set up so that it is flushed and serviced. Lots of details I could give but needless to say we had a few issues, most of which were not Atherton's fault. Along with the service we have to have some valves replaced (the original brand they used is now discontinued due to too many issue) and another part that is not directly connected to the heater but needed done. Got verbal quotes for each, they did not charge for the valves just labor since the parts were crap, but got a verbal for the other part they replaced. They send a bill for the total, I ask for a bill that has the service, the valve replacement and the other work broken down. They say they cannot do that and all I can get is the total. I still request the itemized bill from the supervisor. No response. I get a call 11/3 from them pressing me to pay the bill. Work was completed on 10/23 (started on 10/22 but with the valve issue he had to push it to the next day). Cannot get me an itemized invoice but sure can press to get the invoice paid. Shady business practice. I use several companies for HVAC, Refrigeration, other plumbing services, food suppliers, etc and never has one called 1.5 weeks from service to ask for payment and also none has not been willing to supply itemized bills.
