  We had a terrible day at York Steakhouse dealing with serious drainage issues, and Hunter Schneider absolutely turned it around for us. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain what was going on, worked efficiently, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. What really stood out was his attitude—Hunter is just a great guy. In a stressful situation, he brought a calm, positive energy that honestly brightened our day. It’s rare to find someone who’s not only skilled at their job but also treats people with real care and respect.

  Nathan Toppings, the technician from Apex Pros, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellent job diagnosing and clearly explaining both electrical issues we asked him to address. One was a non-working outlet, which turned out to be a simple GFCI fix located in the garage- somewhere we never thought to check, but he did right away. The second issue was a laundry room light that kept burning through bulbs; Nathan immediately identified the problem as a faulty ballast and walked us through several repair options and price ranges. He was accompanied by Ahmed who was also knowledgeable and very courteous. What impressed us most was they completed the repairs that same morning and there was no additional “service call” or show up fee - charges were based on the work performed. We felt confident in Nathan and Ahmed’s expertise and trusted them and Apex Pros throughout the process. I highly recommend Apex Pros for electronically needs.

  Highly recommended for electrical work. Shram B. at Apex was super helpful and knowledgeable. He did the initial estimate, helping me understand all the relevant details, and led the subsequent installation. He and Abdullah did a fantastic job replacing my original 37 year old 150A electrical panel with a new 200A panel along with the necessary exterior components. They then added a 100A sub-panel in my garage for my future climate control and potential EV charger plans.

  Jimmy, one of their drain techs, went above and beyond. My niece's main water line was blocked. After he assessed the situation, he let us know that he could try and restore water flow, but it was not a guarantee. It could possibly make the situation worse. Jimmy explained in detail to both of us so we understood pros and cons. We told him to go for it! He did not leave until water flow was restored. Extensive work was still needed due to the roots and the breakage in the main water line, Jimmy achieved restoring the flow of water, which was extremely critical at this stage. I highly recommend Jimmy, one of the drain techs that works for Apex.

  Ruben and Sam were here today to put a new battery in our generator and maintenance it. My husband was out there with them and I am leaving this review from his view point. I wasn’t sure what to expect because although our plumbing services and furnace maintenance service with Apex has been excellent, our experience getting someone out here to maintenance our generator was terrible. It took a week and our appointment was rescheduled multiple times, and today I received multiple notices that different technicians were coming until finally, Ruben and Sam arrived. But my husband said Ruben and Sam were very helpful and seemed to be very knowledgeable. They took time to explain the type of oil the generator uses and what we could get to keep the generator battery and oil warm. I consider that going above and beyond. They didn’t have to do that, but they did and we appreciate it very much! So, the 5 star rating is specifically for them considering the rest of our experience. I don’t know if it is possible, but if you do need generator maintenance and you call Apex, I would try to request Ruben and Sam.
