Next day service! Can you imagine? After being shown with a scope camera on the spot inspection… Josh and his partner (I’m sorry I don’t know how to spell his name) were amazing with my furnace install today. Arrived in time, wore protective shoe covers and all. They ran into was hiccups based how my old system was connected to the other hvac components and took the time to finish the install instead of cutting corners. When finished they walked me through what they did thoroughly. Left me with extra filters and took the time to help me set up my thermostat on my phone after showing me how to work the it manually. They showed me how to turn the gas on and off. How the condensation pump worked and even rerouted the drain pipes so that they were not running in the middle of my floor. Even installed an additional carbon monoxide detector. Explained recommended service schedule and tracking of filter changes to maximize efficiency. And they left the area clean. Explained the Bear Club service and recommendations. This is not the 1st time I’ve used Apex and it won’t be the last. My last review of brief regarding my furnace inspection yesterday and I’m not sure I left a review back in 3/2024 when I had sewage backing up due to a broken sewer pipe outside. And subsequently found my water line was leaking while digging up my yard and completing the sewer pipe repair. They were able to complete both with no additional time added on and even relocated my water line. Thank you thank you and I look forward to our next potential project I have a call in to you guys for today for electrical.. thank you again Josh Devault and partner!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Apex Pros! I had to have my kitchen floor dug out to get to deteriorated plumbing in my slab. Joe Perry and his helper were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and explained everything so we weren't in the dark about anything.. Joe and his helper were very respectful of our time and property. They showed up and earned their money , where other plumbing companies failed us. I highly suggest using them for your plumbing needs. Thank you guys!

After much Googling, and a little blind faith, I decided to call Apex Pros today to have my water heater checked out.
I had the very good fortune to have Jacob Beatty as my tech...and let me tell you, I am now a loyal customer!
Jacob answered all my questions honestly and thoroughly. He was professional, personable, respectful, very knowledgeable, passionate about his job, and in doing the best he could for his customer.

I had an appointment on November 6 2025 between 1-6 pm. I received a phone call that day about 5 PM to let me know they were running behind and could they reschedule. I said that was fine for the following Wednesday between 8 and 10 AM. About 9 o’clock that Wednesday I received a text saying they would keep me posted on when they would be arriving throughout the day. I called them and was curious why they weren’t there first thing in the morning like they said they were going to be and The lady told me there must’ve been a mixup that I was on the list for first thing in the afternoon and she apologized. That was a big inconvenience for me because I had plans the rest of the day, but I told her between 330 and 6 that I would be available. She stated that they would make that work. I received a text at 5:09 stating the technician was on his way and at 6:10,I decided to leave and go to dinner with my family. I called and let them know that I was not happy and don’t bother sending anybody out and the person on the phone stated that they would send a message and somebody would call me the next day and of course I never heard back from them. I do not want anybody else to have to go through what I went through and that is why I wrote this review. I forgot to mention that I had waited over a month for that November appointment.

We just had the best experience with Rocco from Apex! We've had some issues with breakers tripping and called for help. Rocco was at our door within 24 hours and immediately got to work. He replaced breakers, installed new grounded outlets (he even had to leave to get something). He is both kind and professional, he made sure my husband and I understood exactly what was going on and what he was doing to fix it. He answered all my inane questions with a smile, even though I'm sure he gets it a lot, he remained patient while displaying his expertise and efficiency in getting the work done. Even my dog (Biscuit, a pug) was impressed - he LOVED Rocco and whined when he left. Animals know a good person when they see one. 100/10 service call. We will use Apex again. (This was our first time using this company.)
