Mr Jack Lovin. So professional with great southern hospitality. I had my flooring and bathroom reconstructed after a horrible flood. Jack had a very kind experienced man named Daniel come for the estimate. Within two days Daniel and his coworker, Ryan, were there and did a miraculous job. It only took 3 days and the men were so courteous polite and well trained. Cleanliness ... I didn't even have to clean after them not one time. Which made me even more pleased. Budget friendly for a job well done. Highly recommend for any job. Made good friends as well with the super friendly and awesome work ethic of Alliance Reconstruction. Ten 👍 up and 5 ⭐ ;)

Jack Lovin/Alliance Reconstruction came highly recommended by a neighbor because of a skilled crew and being budget friendly. Unbeknownst to me in between the recommendation and the work on my home, he lost his entire crew. Also Unbeknownst to me he hired unskilled, inexperienced workers to install windows in my home. After assuring me they were experienced Jack only admitted the workers were NOT experienced after the shoddy job was complete and after I complained and sent him pictures of the many problems and issues. Because of poor health Jack was unable to be on the job to oversee and inspect the work. He should have been professional and courteous enough to postpone the job until his health improved or until he could hire experienced workers. Instead he was dishonest and took my money. Money that isn't easy to come by as a divorcee. Jack accused me of 'finding' problems and told me that I would never be satisfied. I'm pretty sure he would have not said that to a man. Once he realized his error in saying that to me because I did not back down and I reminded him he had signed off on the photos proving that I had plenty to be unsatisfied about, he apologized and then had a somewhat more skilled but not always honest worker fix some of the many problems....months later. Because of uneven and just bad frame work the entire outside windows had to be metal wrapped in order to fix the shoddy appearance. Most of the wood trim in the inside had to be replaced because of what Jack called bad pine wood. A NIGHTMARE that started in May 2023 was finally somewhat over on 4 March 2024. Somewhat because there are still cosmetic repairs that are needed, holes in drywall, paint on areas where care was NOT taken and cracked frames. Repairs that I will pay someone else to take care of. In the end what started out to be budget friendly will cost me more. I will attach only a few of the many photos and add that some of the issues in the photos have finally been repaired some haphazardly. The metal wrap on some windows appear to be coming off and water is bubbling up from what is supposed to be sealed.

I used Alliance Reconstruction to remodel a home using a rehab loan product (FHA203k). Jack, the business owner, was quick to respond back to my inquiry, and from there on out, was a quick communicator, and very responsive from initial inspections to final inspections. We closed on our home on a Friday, and the following Monday got to work! The demo was done in one day - He and his guys were clean and left no rubbish behind. I initially thought the rehab would have been at least 2 months worth of work, but his workers Chaz and Dez, were quick paced and completed the work in just under one month. They painted, installed new floors, did structural repairs, remodeled a bath, and much more- and the work was remarkable! I highly recommend Alliance Reconstruction and Remodeling for all your home renovation needs! I will definitely use them in the future when I decide to purchase another flip!

Awful! Alliance did work on my home for the previous owner. One project was replacing windows and sliding doors. They flashed everything incorrectly, allowing water to leak into my home. They were slow to respond to the issue. Came out and did a temporary fix while promising to reflash everything for free. Jack then proceeded to dodge my calls and claim he was too busy with other work. Never put me on the schedule. They were very rude when I continued to get them to hold up their promise even after a year, clearly expecting me to give up. Alliance is a scam, probably a cover for something. Use them at your own peril.
