- JAJaret AndersonJan 5, 20262.0Lack of communication or even a response from the team at Shanklin...My grandmother in-law had gotten $10K+ worth of work done at her house several months back including a hot water tank, and new HVAC system. She had complained about an extreme lack of water pressure since they installed a hot water tank. So, a month or so removed from the work done, I called Shanklin on her behalf and arranged an appointment. From my conversation with the rep, I understood that the inspection would be complimentary given the work that had just been done. Unfortunately, they charged her $125 for the service tech to say "yeah, you need a plumber" and 15 minutes of his time with nothing done. Fast forward to today, after repeated attempts to talk with somebody about the issue, my calls have been getting passed around and nobody has wanted to handle the issue or even communicate at all about my concerns. I'm sure the work they did was solid, but I am disappointed in their lack of communication or care for my concern in charging someone on a fixed-income $125 for nothing.

It was a joy having these two in our home today. If you want a service that provides outstanding professional assistance on your heating or cooling needs, I definitely recommend Shanklin. This was our best experience as home owners working with Shanklin. We look forward to their services again in the future!

Andrew was the tech that came out and he was great. Professional and respectful to our home and family (even the furry ones that don’t respect personal space) and the before and after pics were incredible! Good price and great work.
