The receptionist was super knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through what to expect at each visit. She was detailed, patient, and answered all my questions. Gabriel came out first to make sure my furnace was ready for winter, and later Noah and another team member cleaned my HVAC system. They were both so professional and friendly — and honestly, the only service that’s ever worn shoe protectors without me asking! I’d recommend Shanklin to anyone for their heating and cooling needs. They really go above and beyond!

Took time to explain replacement of a worn part and checked to make sure all heating vents were open, of which one was not, surprisingly! Also showed us where to shut off a vent to basement during summer to allow more air through upstairs vents since the basement is naturally cool already. Thank you, Brandon!
