  I can't say enough positives about this company. They are fair and honest in their solutions..If they don't think you need it --they tell you instead of trying to upsell like others in the business. I used them 17 years ago to solve a water problem and was impressed then, So they were the first call this time as well. Our water is again safe, drinkable and odorless thanks to Omega. Thank You!

  Omega is an example of how all businesses should be and how they were at one time. Literally the most caring company my family has ever worked with. Extremely willing to meet your needs in a fair and reasonable manner, they make water softening affordable for those of us who can't exactly afford it but need it. Warranty on parts that aren't usually covered, typically you have to buy an entire unit. We were educated on the entire process and felt totally in control to make the best decision. It didn't feel like we were just doing a sale, we felt like family. Not to mention, they know H2O and their craft 100% and I feel that is so important especially so that we can all take care of this precious resource that is environmentally struggling in our world today.

  I have an iron filter and water softener unit from Omega Water that I've had for 14 to 15 years and they have performed flawlessly. Recently I had an issue and took care of what I thought was causing the problem, but it didn't solve it 100%. So I called Omega Water for help. Most companies would want to set up an appointment to come out and troubleshoot. Deb was very kind and considerate and troubleshooted with me over the phone. To make a long story short, my problem was ultimately solved and everything is working great again. It only took a couple of phone calls at no charge. I would recommend this company for any water needs you have. The customer service has been awesome!

  We used omega to put in a water softener system and osmosis system. We love the water and have noticed a HUGE difference since these were installed. Deb was great with answering any questions/concerns we had. Highly recommend using Omega. The price and quality is great!

  Called for evaluation. Owner arrived the next day. Very informative with best prices around even better than Culligan or Gordon Bros. Installed iron and sulfur removal system the next day. It works awesome. Wife is dancing!!! Great family business. Super friendly. Definitely recommend A++
